You have two choices when selecting a filament for your turn signal: the 1156 base single filament or the 1157 base dual filament. Single-filament bulbs operate solely as a blinking turn signal, but dual filaments are slightly more versatile. With one dim bulb and one bright bulb, dual filaments can operate as both a turn signal and a parking light.
This light's hanging base allows for quick installation - simply unscrew your current bulb and drop in the replacement. When inserted, the new LEDs will blink brilliantly inside your bike's clear or stock lens cover. Be careful or you might just blind your riding buddies!
Our FX Turn Signal offers compatibility with 1986 - 2001 Sportsters, Dynas and Softails (excluding the 2000 - 2001 Deuce, 2001 FXDX, 2001 FXDXT & 2001 FXDWG 2). Unless your bike is a recent model (2014 - present), you'll need to install a load equalizer to ensure that your bike retains its stock flashing speed.
