I plan to use this in my new build (Chopper) I'm using a 65 harley taillight molded onto the rear fender. I was going to use a 1157 bulb ...but after seeing this one on your wedsite...I thought it might give me a lot more light in the rear...maybe keep me from getting run over... I lit it up with a 12 volt power supply and it seems like it will do the job!  Nice and bright!

Now received and tested. Packaging was perfect. WOW ! exceedingly bright, absolutely fantastic, what I wanted. Easy to install in the right position. Delivered on time, great service, thank you. I now have a great feeling that 'idiots' behind me are blinded with this modern technology. Now make one that flashes, "FO..YOU ARE TOO CLOSE". Ha, that certainly would be a talking point !

As I can't test/set it up, I really can't comment. I need to give it to my father to test and write a review. This will only happen after New Year. However he is very enthusiastic about its performance and says, initially, that the installation is going to be good because he will be able to set it in the perfect position. The only comment I can make right now is that the delivery was on time, the package was in good shape and the product looks well made.

Installed on a 1955 Austin Healey 100 with some redesign of the mounting plate.
The lenses are very shallow and left no gap

I needed a small bright replacement light for the single function LED that came with my SLC kit car and this light does parking lights and blinks brighter with turn signal on and it looks great

5 of 5 Extremely bright May 4, 2016

I have experimented with several types of LED lights from other suppliers which were not bright enough to be used as a stoplight/tail light on a motorcycle.  The clusterz 48 LED is perfect for my application, only it's too bright!  I can easily adjust the intensity with resistors to get it where I'd like.  Too much is better than too little!  The size is just right too for fitting into an OEM HD turn signal housing.  An amber lens is fine to use with the Red LED as the red overpowers the Amber Lens.  However Red or smoke color lens's are available to use if desired.   This is much brighter than any bulb type rear tail light, you won't be missed on the roads; only I'd recommend using some 200 ohm to 600 ohm resistors to get it to what works for your application so that you don't hurt the eyes of anyone behind you.  Each lead can be adjusted individually based on how opaque the lens is.  I am using 600 ohms on the running light and 200 on the stop light.
