TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (BINDING AGREEMENT)

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING

By accessing this website and/or placing an order with Radiantz, Inc., you acknowledge, understand, and agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree, you must not use this site or complete a purchase.

1. IMPORTANT ORDER TERMS (MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS)

By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • All products are made-to-order and are not stocked for immediate shipment
  • Orders are placed into a production queue upon purchase
  • Production time may take up to fourteen (14) business days or longer during peak periods
  • All production and shipping timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Orders in production or transit are not considered “not received.”
  • Delays in production, fulfillment, or shipping do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback

Submission of payment confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders are processed in the order received. Shipping timeframes begin only after the order has been completed and shipped.

Radiantz, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Production volume
  • Material shortages
  • Carrier delays
  • Events beyond our control

3. DELIVERY & PROOF OF DELIVERY

Once shipped, tracking information will be provided.

Carrier-confirmed delivery constitutes definitive proof of delivery. Radiantz, Inc. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after delivery confirmation.

4. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All returns require a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA).

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of shipment
  • Approved returns must be received within 10 days of RMA issuance
  • A minimum 20% restocking fee applies
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Orders may only be canceled prior to entering production. Once in production, orders are final and non-cancelable.

Custom and special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

5. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

By completing a purchase, you agree:

  • Not to initiate chargebacks based on production time, shipping delays, or a misunderstanding of timelines
  • To contact Radiantz, Inc. for resolution prior to filing any dispute

Radiantz, Inc. reserves the right to submit the following as evidence in any dispute (including Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify Payments):

  • This agreement and policy acceptance
  • Order records and timestamps
  • Production status
  • Shipping and delivery confirmation

Filing a dispute in violation of these terms may be considered misuse of the chargeback process.

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS

Products are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated.

Radiantz, Inc. disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

Radiantz, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. PRODUCT WARRANTY (LIMITED & NON-TRANSFERABLE)

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • LED products: Lifetime Limited Illumination Warranty
  • Controllers and related products: 1-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty excludes damage caused by:

  • Abuse, misuse, or improper installation
  • Modification or unauthorized repair
  • Water damage due to improper sealing
  • Electrical misuse or incorrect fuse usage

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims.

8. SHIPPING CLAIMS

All items are inspected prior to shipment.

Claims for shipping damage or loss must be made directly with the carrier. Radiantz, Inc. does not file claims on behalf of customers.

Shortage or damage claims must be reported within 7 business days.

9. CUSTOM PRODUCTS & PRODUCT USE

All custom products are final sale.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products are:

  • Not DOT approved
  • Intended for off-road and show use only

10. PRICING ERRORS

Radiantz, Inc. reserves the right to cancel orders at any time due to pricing errors. If payment has been processed, a refund will be issued.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Radiantz, Inc. shall not be liable for damages resulting from:

  • Use or misuse of products
  • Delays in delivery
  • Inability to use products

12. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Claims must be filed within one (1) year of occurrence.

13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using this site and completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have:

  • Read and understood these Terms and Conditions
  • Agreed to all policies, including production timelines
  • Accepted these terms as a binding legal agreement
